MEET GABRIEL FLORES

Gabriel Flores is a seasoned entrepreneur, healthcare professional, business consultant, and public speaker with over two decades of experience in the industry.
Since 1999, he has played a key role in healthcare, currently serving as a Provider Relations Manager at Oregon Health & Science University, where he focuses on strategic outreach and growth. Over the past decade, Gabriel has been instrumental in crafting and executing business growth strategies that drive organizational success and strengthen partnerships across healthcare systems.
His leadership extends to his work as a former board president of the American Association of Physician Liaisons (AAPL), an organization dedicated to connecting professionals involved in physician liaison activities across various healthcare facilities.
Gabriel has also presented at prestigious events such as the AAPL National Conference, the National Association of Cancer Center Development Offices (NACCDO), the Public Affairs and Marketing Network (PAMN) Annual Conference, the Association for Talent Development Regional Conference, and Stanford University. He has been a featured speaker at Columbia Memorial Hospital, hosted the Oregon Entrepreneurship Network Awards, and Pitch Latino. His insights have also been featured in numerous publications and articles.
In addition to his healthcare expertise, Gabriel is the host of The Shades of Entrepreneurship™ podcast, where he shares valuable insights through candid conversations with entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders. As a current Executive Board Member for the Metro Region Innovation Hub, Gabriel is dedicated to fostering and growing innovative businesses by providing regional entrepreneurs with accessible paths to networking, coaching, education, and capital.
Gabriel also owns Swag4MyBrand, a company that helps businesses build their brand presence with high-quality promotional products. He is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs as the co-founder and president of Latino Founders, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports Latino entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses and creating generational wealth.
